Clinical CBT Supervision.

Evidence-based CBT supervision for privately funded therapists and organisations

Clinical CBT Supervision

As an experienced CBT Supervisor, delivering evidence-based supervision to a high standard is a true passion. Having worked in multiple senior roles within the NHS for many years, I have much experience supporting a diverse range of practitioners. And for me, supervision is more than just a means to achieve accreditation and more than a monthly catch-up.

It’s important for me to understand you as a practitioner and the initial establishment of a supervisory relationship is a step I want to nurture. As a neurodivergent therapist specialising in neurodiversity-affirming therapy, it is important that I adapt supervision to meet your individual differences, whether you are neurodivergent or not.

Together we will work collaboratively towards your goals in a way that is bespoke to you. I will ask for regular feedback from you both verbally and through writing to give you plenty opportunity to bring up any issues you may be experiencing in supervision. I am open to feedback and will make it my priority to adapt supervision in response to your feedback.

My supervisory style is best suited to those who want to progress their skills in a personal and nurturing environment with a supervisor who will celebrate your successes as if they were their own!

I have included information on my experience and testimonials below. If after reading these, you think we’d be a good fit, you can enquire using the form at the bottom of this page. Looking forward to hearing from you!
